Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 cup corn flakes crushed
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Crush corn flakes, and put on a plate. Mix in salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Empty yogurt into a bowl.
- Take chicken and dredge both sides through yogurt then place into crushed corn flakes pressing down firmly on each side. Place chicken onto prepared pan.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
